In this week's episode, I am sharing my conversation with fellow life coach, Alicia Hall.
She was certified Life Coach through the Life Coach School and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She is married to the greatest love of her life-Phil, and together they are raising five incredible children ranging from ages 18-4. She has been a member of the LDS faith her whole life and understands the application of faith through challenging times.
In her own life she has experienced loss, betrayal trauma, divorce and co-parenting challenges, trauma & emotional abuse, stillbirth, and a child finding her place in the LDS LGBTQ+ community.
She has tried years of therapy, joined support groups, EMDR, and hypnosis sessions all to help her heal from trauma, cope with anxiety, and find her grounding. Each of these were essential for her healing, but one thing was missing…she didn’t believe she was enough. She struggled to move forward while allowing her circumstances to define my worth.
Until she discovered life coaching. Skeptical at first, she learned about what is called, “the Model”, an awareness tool that helped her see how her own thoughts were creating the results in her life. She was given a new perspective on the way she sees her life, her potential, and what’s possible. She learned how to apply and live principles taught in the gospel, like forgiveness, love, and developing attributes of Christ.
It is through her life experiences, the tools she has learned, and continued application of faith in her life that she has created a coaching business to help others create healing, confidence, & peace of mind, while discovering their true potential within themselves.
