This week's episode is an answer to a questions from one of my listeners. Many of us are addicted to getting the approval of others. We tend to validate our own worth based on the opinions of others, and this can become problematic when we don't get the approval we crave or when someone is upset with us.
I am going to share with you some useful insights into why this can be a challenge, and how you can overcome the belief that your brain is offering you that it's an important issue. We are going to explore some solutions to find relief from this approval-seeking behavior.
